Where You Belong

We may not always know what life has in store for us or the challenges that we may face. I came across this lovely passage by Morgan Harper Nichols that emphasizes the necessity of having faith in the journey:

For the highs and lows and moments between,

mountains and valleys, and rivers and streams,

for where you are now and where you will go,

for “I’ve always known,” and “I told you so,”

for “Nothing is happening,” and “All has gone wrong,”

it’s here in the journey you will learn to be strong,

you will get where you’re going, landing where you belong.

  1. How beautiful and how calming, it reminds me about prayer being for the right thing to happen, not necessarily always what we want to happen.

    Thanks Kristine
